Samuel is Really Happy in his School!!

Dear Kevin,

Samuel is 3 years old. He lives with his parents in Villas del Sol in Medellin. He loves to paint. His mother has no job and his father earns $250 per month. With a small income, his parents cannot always afford basic supplies to participate in class.
