Five children from Colombia received backpacks!

Dear Kandace,

In this photo, from left to right, you can see the five children whose lives you have touched with your donation. These children all live in the city of Medellin in Colombia.

Juan David is 5 years old.  He lives with his parents in the neighborhood “El Regalo de Dios”, which means “The Gift of God”. His parents work as independents and earn $250 per month. Juan is a happy boy and he makes friends very easily.

Camila Zea is 5 years old. She lives with her parents, her two brothers and her grandmother in the neighborhood “El Regalo de Dios”. Her parents both work and they earn $350 per month. Camila loves to play with her friends and be their leader. She is a happy child and almost always smiles and talks with everyone.

Juan Esteban is 5 years old; he lives with his parents in the neighborhood “Manantial de Paz” which means “Fountain of Peace”. His mother has a little store in the neighborhood and she earns about $100 per month. Juan loves sports, playing in the park, drawing and painting.

Carlos Andrés is 5 years old. Carlos lives with his mother and sister in the neighborhood “El Pinal” which means “Pine Grove”. His mother works in different places and she earns $150 per month. Carlos loves everything about construction, he has lots of imagination and he is very creative.

Sebastian is 5 years old. Sebastian lives with his parents, his sister and his brother in the neighborhood “El Pinal”. His father works on a farm and earns $125 per month. Sebastian loves to play soccer and being friendly with his friends.
