From left to right in the picture to the right, Mateo was born on April 7th, 2006 in Medellín, Colombia. He lives with his parents, sister, and brother in the neighborhood of El Pinal. His father is an independent worker and earns about US $150 dollars a month. Although Estrada suffers from kidney failure, he still is able to enjoy playing with his friends in the park.
Samuel was born on November 28th, 2006 in Medellín, Colombia and lives with his parents in the Altos de Oriente Neighborhood. His father works as a manager and his mother as a technical teacher. Together they earn about US $400 a month. Samuel enjoys playing with his cousin Carlos in his free time and also likes playing soccer.
Carlos was born on December 14th, 2006 in Medellín, Colombia. He lives with his mother, maternal grandmother and his two sisters in the Altos de Oriente neighborhood. His mother works during the days as a housekeeper for families and has a monthly income of about US $120 dollars. He very much likes to dance, sing and play with his cousin Samuel.
Ana was born on July 12th, 2006 in Medellín, Colombia. She lives with her mother and maternal grandparents in the Adolfo Paz neighborhood. Her mother works as a secretary with an income of US $250 per month. She very much likes to sing, dance and play with her classmates.
Leidy was born on September 8th, 2006 in Medellín, Colombia. She lives with her mother and two brothers in the Adolfo Paz neighborhood. Her mother operates machines in a garment factory with a monthly income of US $200 dollars. Leidy Mariana likes to play with dolls, paint and watch tv.
